John Jackson – Chief Executive Officer
Prior to founding Spartan, John Jackson was the Chairman and CEO of Price Gregory Services, a leading energy infrastructure services provider specializing in pipeline construction. Prior to Price Gregory, Mr. Jackson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hanover Compressor. Prior to that, Mr. Jackson held several positions at Duke Energy Field Services, including Chief Financial Officer, and Union Pacific Resources.

John earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University

Jon Byers – Head of Corporate Development
Jon joined Spartan at its formation as Head of Corporate Development. Prior to joining the Company, Jon served as Vice President, Corporate Development for Price Gregory Services, one of the largest pipeline construction companies in North America. He has also worked with SCF Partners (an energy focused investment firm) and General Atlantic (a global, growth focused private equity firm). Prior to General Atlantic, Jon was with Goldman Sachs Group in the Investment Banking Division.

Jon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dave Edelmaier – Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Spartan, Dave held positions with Exterran and Hanover Compressor as Vice President Finance & Treasury and Assistant Treasurer. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at Prism Gas Systems and held various financial positions with Union Pacific Resources.

David holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Nebraska.

Robert Price – Chief Operating Officer
Rob has spent most of his career developing and executing gas treating and processing applications in the U.S. and Latin America. He has held senior management positions with Exterran, Hanover Compressor and Ariel.

Rob holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon.

Stephen York – Chief Administrative Officer, Principal
Prior to joining Spartan, Stephen served as Vice President, Business Technology for Exterran. He also worked for Hanover Compressor in various executive positions including Vice President, Corporate Controller-Chief Accounting Officer, Investor Relations, and Chief Information Officer. York also held various management positions of increasing responsibility with Bank of America Corporation.He began his career with KPMG.

Stephen holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University and an EMBA from Queens University of Charlotte.
